Where has GRASCAR disapeared into? -xxflip

It seems as if the inevitable has happened.
RSC has imploded, and has devastated
a community.
Best wishes to those trying to recover
the many bits and pieces.
They are important.

Season 7 is complete
Final results are online!

GRASCAR S7 has begun!

This year we have a few changes, mainly in the form of a new website and the race submission procedure.
All relevant information will be posted on this site. If you haven't registered yet please do, as it is required in order for you to submit your races.

This years buzz was Login or Not Login, so we tried to arranje a compromise. We will not have a traditional login system, but drivers will not have all the time they want to race, we called it the Relaxed Login.

With our login system, drivers will have 180 minutes to do their race and submit it. I know that for some it's too much time, while for others just not enough, however keep in mind that our main effort was to reach a compromise that would appeal to as many drivers as possible.

While limiting the time a driver has to do his race, we will still be giving the driver full power to decide when to do his race. The process will follow these simple steps:

The driver can practice as much as he wants and when he feels ready to race he will proceed to step 1

1. He will login to the website and goto the race submission page
2. There he will request a race code for the desired track
3. He will then start Generally and create a new driver using his username (max 9 digits, so if longer use first 9 digits of username) and the race code as the drivers name (ex: If I got v6 as the race code I would create a driver named xxflip_v6)
4. He can do as many races as he wants, always keeping in mind that the 180 minutes started counting when he requested the code
5. Once the driver is happy he will again proceed to the website, login and once more goto the race submission page where he'll have a box enabling him to upload his race (zipped file containing the race and screenshot as usual)
6. Upon successful upload the timer will stop and the driver will imediately know if his submission was on time or not. He will also be able to see who else has submited and how much time they used in the "Submission List" page.

Keep in mind you'll need to leave enough time for the upload to complete, so if you have a slow connection or one that breaks down often, leave more than just a couple of minutes. 180 minutes should be more than enough time.

Drivers still have the option to race at whatever time they wish, so if you are going on holiday do your races before you go.

Important: Drivers will only be allowed to race each track once, so once you submit a race you may not repeat it.

And now, Let the racing begin!
